The 2-Step Lite Challenge has two drawdown limits:

• 5% Maximum Overall Loss
• 3% Daily Loss Limit

Drawdown is monitored using equity, meaning closed losses and floating P&L are combined when calculating your current drawdown.

Maximum Overall Loss

The maximum overall loss is 5% of the account size.

Your equity must remain above the applicable maximum loss level at all times.

Daily Loss Limit

The maximum daily loss is 3%.

Both closed losses and floating P&L count towards the daily loss calculation.

If your equity reaches either the overall or daily loss limit, the account will be breached.
