Overall Drawdown

• Maximum overall drawdown:
  • 4%
• The overall drawdown trails the highest account balance.

Daily Drawdown

• Maximum daily drawdown:
  • 2%
• The daily drawdown trails the highest floating equity/profit.

Example

On a $100,000 account:

• Overall balance must remain above:
  • $96,000
• Daily equity fluctuation must remain within:
  • 2% from peak equity

Breaching either limit will result in an account violation.
