The 1-Step Challenge has two drawdown limits:

• 8% Maximum Overall Drawdown
• 4% Maximum Daily Drawdown

Both limits are trailing, meaning the applicable drawdown level moves upwards as your account reaches new highs.

Drawdown is monitored using equity, meaning closed losses and floating P&L are combined when calculating your current drawdown.

Maximum Overall Drawdown

Your maximum overall drawdown is 8%.

As your account reaches new highs, the drawdown level trails upwards with it.

Maximum Daily Drawdown

Your maximum daily drawdown is 4%.

The daily drawdown is calculated from your highest equity point and moves with your account as new equity highs are reached.

If your equity reaches either the overall or daily drawdown limit, the account will be breached.
